Role consultation can be offered on an individual basis or as part of a larger organisational intervention.
We offer a series of 4 meetings in the first instance to review and explore what may be occurring ‘under the surface’ in terms of your work role. We will focus with you on recovering your sense of well-being as an individual in the context of organisational pressure and continue to enhance your developmental capacity in terms of professional self-care to ensure ongoing quality performance at work.
