Diana Caine is Lead Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist in the Department of Neuropsychology at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, London.

She has worked for over 20 years in Memory Clinics in major teaching hospitals in Cambridge, Manchester and Sydney and has expertise in the differential diagnosis of dementias.

She is currently undertaking psychotherapy training and has a particular interest in bringing together neurospychological insights into the specific cognitive losses that occur in dementia with a psychoanalytic approach to mental processes as a means of informing psychotherapeutic interventions helpful for people with dementia and their families.
